I was so prepared for a talk on work techniques and was overjoyed to see physical exercise mentioned! I’m a software engineer with inflexible muscles and a back injury, and am so glad there’s someone else in this boat who sees the value of regular exercise. It also increases blood flow to the brain and by proxy, work performance. Light yoga, pilates, hiking, and rock climbing all work wonders for me.
